Terms of Service

1. Services

Rivers Star Machine provides consulting and strategy services, including hourly advisory, Google Meet seminars, startup strategy packages, custom consulting engagements, and the Weekly Operations Strategy Roundtable group membership.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing services, you authorize payment for the selected service and any applicable fees.

3. Weekly Roundtable Membership

The Weekly Operations Strategy Roundtable is a recurring group membership priced at $250 per week. Membership provides access to scheduled group strategy meetings focused on business operations, current developments, workflows, company policies, operational rules, and standard operating procedures.

4. Recurring Billing

By joining the Weekly Operations Strategy Roundtable, you authorize Stripe to bill $250 each week until the membership is cancelled. Depending on the payment arrangement selected through Stripe, your payment method may be charged automatically or Stripe may issue a weekly invoice. Membership access is subject to successful and timely payment.

Rivers Star Machine may change membership pricing or terms in the future. Members will receive notice before a new price applies to a future billing period.

5. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel by emailing info@riversstarmachine.com before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future weekly charges but does not reverse a payment that has already been processed. Requests received after a new billing cycle begins will apply to the following billing cycle.

6. Failed or Overdue Payments

If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid, membership access may be suspended until the balance is resolved. Rivers Star Machine may cancel a membership after repeated failed or overdue payments.

7. Scheduling and Company-Cancelled Meetings

Meeting schedules may occasionally change because of holidays, availability, or operational needs. Rivers Star Machine will provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

If Rivers Star Machine cancels a scheduled Weekly Operations Strategy Roundtable, the company will reschedule the group meeting for a later date to make up the affected billing cycle. If unforeseen circumstances prevent Rivers Star Machine from holding a replacement group meeting within a reasonable period, the company may instead schedule an individual one-on-one operational strategy session with each affected member at a mutually agreed date and time. The replacement group meeting or one-on-one session will be provided at no additional charge and will satisfy the company's service obligation for that billing cycle.

8. Group Participation and Confidentiality

The roundtable is a group environment. Members are expected to communicate professionally and respect information shared by other participants. Rivers Star Machine cannot guarantee that other members will keep information confidential. Participants should not disclose trade secrets, passwords, regulated information, personal customer data, or other highly sensitive business information during group meetings.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients and members are responsible for providing accurate information, participating professionally, and evaluating whether recommendations are appropriate for their organizations.

10. Professional Limitations

Roundtable discussions provide general operational strategy, education, and peer discussion. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, employment, cybersecurity, or licensed financial advice. Each member remains responsible for evaluating and implementing changes within their own organization.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Additional refund and missed-meeting terms are governed by the Refund Policy section on this page.

12. Limitation of Liability

Consulting recommendations are provided in good faith. Rivers Star Machine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from implementation decisions.

Refund Policy

1. Our Service Commitment

Rivers Star Machine provides professional consulting services that involve reserved time, planning, and delivered expertise.

2. No-Refund Policy for Completed Services

All completed consulting services are non-refundable. Once service time is delivered or a strategy package or seminar has been provided, payment is final.

3. Weekly Membership Payments

Weekly Operations Strategy Roundtable membership payments are generally non-refundable once processed. Cancelling a membership stops future weekly charges but does not create a refund or prorated credit for a billing period that has already begun.

4. Member Absences and Missed Meetings

Refunds, credits, or private make-up sessions are not provided when a member chooses not to attend, arrives late, or leaves a scheduled meeting early. Replacement group meetings or one-on-one sessions apply only when Rivers Star Machine cancels the original scheduled meeting.

5. Company-Cancelled Roundtable Meetings

If Rivers Star Machine cancels a scheduled roundtable, the company will reschedule the group meeting for a later date to make up the affected billing cycle. If unforeseen circumstances prevent a replacement group meeting within a reasonable period, Rivers Star Machine may instead provide each affected member with a one-on-one operational strategy session at a mutually agreed date and time, at no additional charge.

6. Rescheduling Other Services

We understand schedules can change. When possible, sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice. Rescheduling requests are reviewed case by case.

7. Billing Questions

If you believe there is a billing error, contact us within 7 days at info@riversstarmachine.com and we will review promptly.

8. Billing and Service Confirmation

Clients receive service confirmations and scope details by email. Consulting time, seminars, memberships, and custom engagements involve reserved professional time, which is why completed services and processed membership billing periods are generally non-refundable.

9. Approved Refunds

If Rivers Star Machine approves a refund in an exceptional case, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after issuance may depend on Stripe, the card network, and the customer's bank.
